Qualification
- Prior cardiology experience strongly preferred; strong ICU/ER/cardiology RN background considered for newer NPs
- Ability to manage complex cardiovascular patients with multi-system disease (renal, diabetes, hypertension)
- Comfortable in high-acuity settings including inpatient rounding, consults, ER support, and outpatient cardiology clinic
- Experience or ability to quickly ramp in acute cardiac care (drips, post-op cardiac patients, STEMI response)
