Established local finance company looking for a Customer Service Representative in Ponchatoula, Louisiana. Magee Financial has been helping people with their financial needs for over 60 years. Successful candidates will have a minimum of 1-3 years office experience, preferably in finance or banking, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, at least a high school diploma or equivalent, the ability to work as part of a team and to accept instruction, and a positive attitude.
Responsibilities:
Greet customers professionally and in a timely manner
Proficient phone skills
Balance a cash drawer
Prepare daily, monthly, and quarterly reports
SKILLS:

Knowledge of computers
Ability work with established finance program
Ability to learn new tasks in a timely manner
