Experience level

3–5 years experience is likely sufficient (not a senior level/ architect)

Endpoint ecosystem

· SCCM/MECM experience (explicitly mentioned)

· Mac endpoint exposure: Intune for macOS, Apple device management concepts (recent enterprise device management initiative completed)

· Experience improving ops via automation documentation (playbooks, standard operating procedures)

· Citrix Experience

· Any prior Citrix support/administration exposure (even “helped support” / junior exposure)

· Interest/passion to grow into EUC/Citrix or Mac engineering long-term
