Qualifications
• Bachelor’s/Master’s in IT, CS, Business, Finance, or related field
• 5 years in product ownership/software development within financial services
• Strong Agile/Scrum experience; CSPO preferred
• Skilled in backlog management, sprint planning, and stakeholder communication
• Proficiency with Jira, MS Project, Azure DevOps
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Knowledge of financial services processes/regulations
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Flexible to travel and hybrid work environment
Responsibilities
• Define product vision, goals, and roadmap aligned with business needs
• Manage and prioritize backlog of user stories, epics, and features
• Facilitate grooming, sprint planning, and execution with development teams
• Act as primary contact for stakeholders; conduct demos and gather feedback
• Set acceptance criteria, review deliverables, and ensure quality outcomes
• Coordinate release planning and deployment, and monitor post-release performance
