Crew Member – MAG Property Maintenance

MAG Property Maintenance is a fast-growing landscape company serving high-end residential and commercial properties in Chester County.

We’re small and growing, meaning strong performers earn trust, responsibility, and opportunity quickly.

Compensation

• Pay starting from $20/hour, up to $25/hour
• Higher starting pay available for applicants with landscaping experience and equipment proficiency
• Consistent weekly hours (weather dependent; weekend work available)
• 40–50 hours per week, dependent on season
• Overtime available

Starting pay is based on experience, reliability, and ability to operate commercial equipment safely and efficiently.

Applicants may qualify for higher starting pay if they:

• Have 1 years of professional landscaping experience
• Can safely operate commercial mowers, trimmers, and blowers
• Have experience backing trailers or driving trucks
• Show strong reliability and leadership potential

If you can step in and contribute immediately with minimal training, your pay will reflect that.

Experience

• Entry-level applicants welcome if dependable and willing to learn
• Prior landscaping or grounds maintenance experience preferred

We value attitude and work ethic just as much as experience.

Responsibilities

• Lawn mowing and commercial property maintenance
• Mulching, edging, trimming, and seasonal cleanups
• Operating commercial-grade equipment
• Working as part of a small, dependable crew
