Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Journeyman Electrician to join our team. While our main hub is located in Sartell MN, your primary dispatch and job site will be in Melrose. In this role, you will be responsible for performing electrical work across various industrial systems, ensuring safe and efficient operation. The ideal candidate will have experience reading electrical schematics, troubleshooting electrical systems, and executing wiring tasks. This position offers a night shift with a 1.5x differential pay, comprehensive health care coverage with full premiums covered by MAG Electric, and participation in a union pension plan ($5.25 per hour contributed by MAG Electric.
Duties
- Perform electrical work on industrial systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical components.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues within electrical systems using diagnostic tools and techniques.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics and technical drawings to accurately execute wiring and system modifications.
- Complete electrical wiring tasks adhering to safety standards and industry best practices.
- Maintain detailed records of work performed and ensure compliance with all safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while maintaining high quality standards.
Skills
- Proven experience as a Journeyman Electrician with knowledge of industrial electrical systems.
