MAG Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is looking for a creative, tech-savvy, motivated Marketing & Office Assistant to join our team.

This is not a traditional desk-only marketing position. We’re looking for someone who enjoys creating content, working with technology, learning new tools, solving problems, and helping turn ideas into campaigns that generate real results.

You’ll work closely with dealership leadership to help grow the MAG brand, create engaging digital content, manage marketing technology, support advertising campaigns, and improve the way we connect with customers.

If you’re the person who is always learning the newest social platform, experimenting with AI, creating videos, figuring out new software, or finding a better way to get something done—we want to meet you.

What You’ll Do

You’ll help with a variety of marketing and technology projects, including:

• Create and publish social media content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms
• Shoot and edit short-form videos featuring vehicles, employees, customers, promotions, and dealership events
• Help develop advertising campaigns, graphics, promotions, emails, landing pages, and other marketing materials
• Assist with website updates and keeping online information accurate and current
• Use AI and marketing tools to help create content and improve productivity
• Monitor social media messages, comments, reviews, and customer engagement
• Help maintain digital marketing systems, CRM-related processes, and other dealership technology
• Track campaign performance, leads, engagement, and marketing results
• Photograph vehicles, dealership activities, community events, and promotional content
• Help brainstorm creative campaigns that make MAG stand out from typical automotive advertising
• Troubleshoot basic technology issues and help the team get more value from the tools we already have
• Research emerging marketing platforms, AI tools, technology, and automotive trends
• Jump into new projects and help turn ideas into action

Who We’re Looking For

You don’t need to know everything on day one. We care about creativity, initiative, reliability, curiosity, and the ability to learn quickly.

The ideal candidate:

• Is comfortable with computers, smartphones, apps, and new technology
• Understands social media and what makes people stop scrolling
• Has strong written and verbal communication skills
• Is comfortable taking photos and recording video
• Has an eye for clean, professional, engaging content
• Can work independently while also collaborating with a team
• Is organized and able to manage multiple projects
• Enjoys solving problems instead of waiting for someone else to solve them
• Is interested in marketing, technology, AI, content creation, or automotive retail
• Brings ideas to the table and isn't afraid to try something new

Experience with tools such as Canva, Adobe products, CapCut or other video editors, Google products, ChatGPT/AI tools, CRM platforms, website systems, or digital advertising platforms is a plus—but we’re willing to train the right person.
