What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sr Administrative Assistant position at MAG Aerospace?
MAG Aerospace is hiring for a Senior Administrative Support Specialist position which will provide technical support to the Navy Cyber Warfare Developmental Group (NCWDG).
Duties include, but not limited to:
- Prepare general Navy correspondence (write-ups, instructions, monthly reports, etc.)
- Provide security escort services for visitors
- Perform administrative and office support for the Command
- Develop and maintain calendars and schedules of Command senior personnel
- Maintain the organizations documents, records, and files
Minimum Requirements
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in military, DoD, or intelligence office administration
- Must have solid knowledge/operation of MS Office software
Education:
- High School GED
Additional Qualifications:
- Current and Active Top-Secret Clearance required at the time of hire
- Possess eligibility for access to be upgraded to a TS/SCI soon upon hire
- Be able to successfully pass a Counterintelligence polygraph examination in the future
- Possess an investigation that is current within 6 years.
- Personnel who are enrolled in CE will also be eligible
- Must be a US Citizen.

Salary at MAG Aerospace is determined by various factors including but not limited to location, the particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $0 to $160000 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of MAG's total compensation package for employees.
