As a member of our warehouse team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our distribution center and the timely fulfillment of online orders. Responsibilities:
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship online orders using appropriate packaging materials and methods to ensure safe transportation.
- Safely operate material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks, to load and unload trucks.
- Organize and maintain inventory stock, including performing regular cycle counts and reconciling any discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, ensuring compliance with safety and security protocols.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure timely and accurate communication with the management team regarding inventory levels and order status.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center preferred.
- Proficient in basic computer skills, including online order processing and inventory management systems.
- Ability to operate material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately count, track, and process inventory.
- Physical ability to lift and carry heavy objects and perform repetitive tasks.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Dependable and punctual, with a strong work ethic.
