Job Summary:

The internal accountant will be involved with the financial operations and ensure the accuracy of financial reporting at our tire warehouse distribution center. This role is responsible for managing accounting functions, bookkeeping/recording of transactions, financial analysis, payroll, and compliance, while working closely with leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Management: Maintain financial records, oversee accounts payable and receivable, handle payroll-related tasks, and ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Payroll: Work with management and the third-party payroll processor to ensure accuracy of payroll and HR compliance
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement strategies for streamlining accounting workflows and improving operational efficiency.
• Leadership & Team Collaboration: Work closely with warehouse and distribution teams to align financial goals with operational objectives.
• Technology & Reporting: Utilize financial software to track revenue and expenses, generate reports, and support business decision-making.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, inventory management, and financial reporting.
• Experience with ERP systems and financial software.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate across departments.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
