POSITION OVERVIEW

The Comfort Advisor acts as a client interface and problem solver. This individual will be responsible for overall effectiveness and profitability of the Installation department. This is an opportunity to lead a department of great people toward great results. We are looking for a well-rounded customer focused professional to help shape the future of our company.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Perform in home consultations with customers from Tech generated and Marketed leads.

· Achieve 40% conversion on marketed leads and 60% conversion on tech generated leads.

· Responsible for leading department towards set production, revenue, and profit goals.

· Evaluate the results ensuring that finished product exceeds quality workmanship standards and expectations.

· Follow established processes achieving a high-level of Customer Satisfaction

· Maintain follow ups for assessment of results.

· Promote, support, and facilitate teamwork and foster a positive environment.

· Proven experience as a Leader or similar executive role
