- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately for transactions, including cash handling and processing payments efficiently.

- Restock shelves and manage inventory by stocking new items, organizing stock rooms, and ensuring product availability on the sales floor.
- Provide knowledgeable assistance on store policies, phone etiquette, and general inquiries to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Support the store’s merchandising strategies by implementing visual displays that align with promotional campaigns.
- Assist in training or supervising new team members, sharing best practices for customer service, sales techniques, and store operations.
- Engage customers through active listening, personalized recommendations, and upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations, including inventory management and cleanliness standards.
Requirements
- Previous retail experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is essential.
- Warehouse environment Sales
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with diverse customers in a bilingual environment is a plus.
- Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and basic retail math for accurate transactions.
- Experience in grocery stores or similar retail environments is advantageous.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as stocking shelves, standing for extended periods, and lifting moderate loads.
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills to address inquiries professionally.
