Line Cook: Maeves Tavern
Maeves Tavern in Collierville is hiring experienced Line Cooks. We have both Part-Time positions available. We are looking for reliable individuals who can maintain a clean station and execute a consistent menu in a high-volume environment.
The Work
- Execution: Saut, grill, and fry items to exact recipe specifications.
- Prep: Manage station setup, sauce production, and precision knife work.
- Standards: Maintain a sterile workspace and adhere to all health department regulations.
- Flow: Coordinate with the window to ensure tickets are pushed accurately and on time.
- 1 Year Experience: Must be comfortable in a high-volume kitchen.
- Technical Skill: Fundamental understanding of classic sauces, heat control, and knife cuts.
- Reliability: Consistent punctuality and weekend availability are required.
- Physicality: Ability to stand for the duration of a shift and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Pay: $13$18 / hour (starting rate based on experience).
