- Working behind the chair while continuing to refine your technical skills
- Delivering elevated, thoughtful client experiences

- Building and maintaining a loyal clientele with structure and support
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- 2 years of behind-the-chair experience
- A valid cosmetology license
- Strong technical skills in both cut and color
