Pay

• $0.98 CPM with Hazmat endorsement
  

• $0.95 CPM without Hazmat
  

• $0.01 CPM raise annually for the first 3 years
  

• Practical mileage pay (more accurate than zip-to-zip)
  

Home Time & Freight

• Home every 18 days for 5 days
  

• 100% no-touch, full truckload dry van
  

• No NYC, Canada, or Mexico
  

Bonuses

Safety Bonuses (Quarterly)

• CSA Safety Bonus: $1,025 (Hazmat) or $825 8 hrs PTO
  

• On-Road Safety Bonus: $600
  

Sign-On Bonus Options

  • $1,625 (Hazmat) or $1,425
    

  • PTO Orientation Pay

Requirements

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL
  

• 9 months verifiable experience
  
  (6 months if teaming with an experienced driver)
  

  
  

• No DWI in past 7 years
  

• Max 3 moving violations in past 3 years
  

• No preventable DOT accidents in past 3 years
  

• Pass DOT physical, drug screen, and HPE
