Position Description:
- System Design: Responsible for the design of complex rotary servo motion assemblies suitable for harsh environments.
- Team Leadership: Leading an integrated product development team to ensure project success.
- Documentation: Preparing statements of work and comprehensive project specifications.
- Analysis and Simulation: Conducting motion simulations and having a good understanding of motion control techniques.
- Manufacturing Support: Working closely with manufacturing teams to ensure designs meet production requirements.
Requirements
Job Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, or aeronautical engineering.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in the design and analysis of precision electromechanical equipment.
Skills:
- Proficiency in CAD/CAE (Computer-Aided Design/Engineering), with specific preference for UG NX.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent teamwork and communication abilities.
- Solid understanding of motion control techniques.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced Degrees: Master's degree in a related field.
- Certifications: Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent.
- Tools Experience: Hands-on experience with advanced simulation tools and techniques.
