We are seeking a highly skilled, licensed Barber Manager to lead our team, elevate operational excellence, mentor barbers, and help continue the growth of a premium grooming brand.

Position Summary

The Barber Manager is both a high-performing barber and operational leader responsible for maintaining service quality, driving team performance, supporting client retention, overseeing daily shop operations, and ensuring an exceptional luxury guest experience.

This role is ideal for a motivated, entrepreneurial barber who thrives in a leadership environment, values precision and professionalism, and is passionate about developing a top-tier barbering culture.

Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership & Team Management

• Lead, mentor, and support a team of barbers to ensure exceptional service standards
• Oversee shop culture, professionalism, accountability, and team performance
• Conduct coaching, onboarding, and training for new barbers
• Maintain high standards for customer experience, punctuality, presentation, and professionalism
• Assist ownership with staffing, scheduling, performance reviews, and retention strategies

Barbering & Client Experience

• Deliver premium barbering services including:
• Precision haircuts
• Beard sculpting and grooming
• Straight razor detailing
• Hot towel and luxury grooming services
• Maintain strong client retention through exceptional service and relationship-building
• Ensure every guest receives a consistent luxury experience
• Educate clients on styling and grooming recommendations

Operations & Business Management

• Oversee daily operations and workflow efficiency
• Ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and licensing compliance
• Manage booking optimization and scheduling
• Work within and help oversee the studio’s booking platform (experience with Squire and Vagaro preferred)
• Assist with sales performance, retail product recommendations, and service growth
• Help implement systems that improve productivity and guest satisfaction

What We’re Looking For

• Current Pennsylvania Barber License (required).
• Minimum 1 year of professional experience preferred (not required if highly skilled).
• Strong technical skills in men’s grooming, fading, and styling.
• Reliable, professional, and passionate about delivering top-tier service.
• Positive attitude, team player mindset, and commitment to growth.
