Experienced assistant property manager needed for large apartment community in the Lafayette area. Some of the qualities/requirements we are looking for are:
- 2 years of experience in property management industry required.
- Excellent verbal communication and the ability to convey information clearly and effectively
- Quick decision-making and problem solving abilities
- Time management skills
- Ability to complete assigned tasks by the manager accurately and efficiently
- Responsible, goal oriented and organized
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask
- Support manager as needed
- This is a full time position – Monday thru Friday.
