Sales Lead Generator

Maeser Master Services is hiring individuals to represent our company inside local Home Depot stores.

This position is responsible for generating sales leads and setting appointments with retail customers to conduct store-sponsored HVAC, Plumbing, Water Heater and Home Generator sales, maintenance and repairs. Role: Sales Lead Generator
Location: Home Depot stores – Jefferson County, Kentucky
Schedule: Part-time or full-time (days and/or evenings, weekend day required)

Total Compensation:

• Pay: $16–$17 hourly large portfolio of commissions based on performance (sales or lead appointments set)
• Gas Allowance: Allotted for any travel beyond candidate’s geographical area; tolls paid if applicable
• Retention Bonus: Paid out in chunks starting at 60 days through 18 months of employment, totaling $2,500 (full-time only)

Required Credentials:

• 6 or more months of consultative sales experience
• Driver’s license, reliable transportation and smart phone
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and some holidays
• A sales-driven, goal-oriented, self-motivated personality and a positive attitude
• Excellent written and verbal communication/interpersonal skills
• Ability to walk the floor during working hours to increase customer interaction
• Ability to engage with customers within an in-store setting

Preferred Credentials:

• 1 or more years of consultative sales experience
• Proficient knowledge of HVAC systems or components
