- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements, providing a friendly and professional first impression
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using Toast POS systems, ensuring all special requests are noted
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables promptly and assisting with food handling and preparation as needed
- Provide attentive guest services by checking on diners regularly, addressing concerns promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction
- Follow food safety protocols and sanitation guidelines diligently to uphold health standards in all food service activities
- Previous restaurant or food industry experience, including serving in fine dining
- Proficiency with Toast POS systems, or similar platforms; experience with OpenTable is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and handle diverse situations gracefully
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy shifts
- Knowledge of food handling, sanitation practices, and basic math for cash handling and cashiering responsibilities
- Experience in upselling menu items to maximize sales while enhancing guest satisfaction
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment
- Pooled tips will be shared and paid end of every week.
