We are seeking a Civil 3D Subject Matter Expert / CAD Manager to elevate our CAD standards, mentor our staff, and streamline workflows across the firm. This can be a hybrid (in IL/MO/FL) or remote position with the opportunity to influence firm-wide design practices.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide training and mentorship to staff on Civil 3D best practices, workflows, and standards.
- Develop, organize, and maintain CAD libraries, templates, and standards.
- Support project delivery by stepping in to complete design tasks when needed (vacation coverage, high workloads, etc.).
- Lead process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and consistency across teams.
- Troubleshoot and resolve CAD-related technical issues.
- Collaborate with engineers, designers, and project managers to align CAD workflows with project goals.
