We specialize in foundation repair, structural upgrades, crawlspace and basement work, and home renovations. If you're a team player with a strong work ethic and a desire to grow in the construction field—we want to hear from you!
What You'll Do:
- Assist with concrete repair and restoration
- Support installation of helical piers for foundation stabilization
- Work on crawlspace repair and encapsulation systems
- Perform general construction labor tasks on residential and commercial job sites
- Assist with equipment setup, material handling, and job site cleanup
- Work closely with crew members to complete projects safely and efficiently
What We're Looking For:
- Construction experience is a plus but not required
- Experience with concrete, foundations, or general labor is beneficial
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and work in various outdoor conditions
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Comfortable working outdoors in various conditions
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
