Duties
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients through proactive communication and personalized service
- Conduct outbound calling campaigns, including warm calling, to identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure mutually beneficial agreements that align with company objectives
- Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track client interactions, sales pipelines, and account activities efficiently
- Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to develop tailored solutions that meet client needs in B2B (business-to-business) sales environments
- Engage in telemarketing efforts to generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and promote new products or services

Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales, inside sales, or technical sales roles with a focus on technology solutions
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively

- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or other CRM tools for managing customer relationships and sales processes
