Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Concrete Coatings Production Manager to oversee daily operations . The ideal candidate will lead and manage the day-to-day operations of all installation crews. Specific duties and responsibilities listed below.
Duties
Crew Management
- Serves as the primary safety officer and implementer
- Serves as point leader for all communication to and from the crews
- Schedules crew leaders and installers for all jobs
- Assists crews with onsite issues
- Reviews all installations with crew leaders
- Reviews upcoming jobs with crew leaders
- Ensures Crew Leads have the supplies needed for each job
- Gathers and documents best practices and solutions as needed
- Ensures each crew has the PPE equipment needed
- Ensures crew names are inputted for every job in Builder Prime
- Tracks and approves crew time and pay
- Tracks crew bonuses, rewards, etc.
- Conducts routine Subordinate evaluations and Subordinate counseling as required
Training
- Assists with the development and execution of installer and crew lead training
- Schedule Monday Crew Leader meeting content and team Safety Toolbox Talk
Equipment Management
- Documents equipment maintenance and repair issues
- Ensures all vehicle and trailers are maintained
- Report Maintenance and Repair Requirements
- Ensures back up equipment is available if needed
Inventory
- Ensures product load in load out and accountability for all crews is up to date and accurate
Warranty
- Manages initial assessments and repair recommendations
- Completes spot work and one-man repairs
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience working with floor coating systems
- Excellent driving record
- Ability to work effectively within a team dynamic
- Ability to work evenings and weekends

Pay: $61,545.96 - $69,119.87 per year
