The MLS performs and demonstrates proficiency in a variety of tests to include Chemistry, Microbiology, Blood Bank, Hematology, Coagulation, and Molecular Diagnostics.

- Classification: Full Time
- Schedule: Varies (discuss in interview)
Baccalaureate degree in Clinical Laboratory Sciences
- OR- Baccalaureate degree in a related science curriculum including prescribed hours and courses in chemistry, biology, and math; approximately 2000 hours in a an accredited clinical (hospital based) program
- OR-
- OR- Graduation from an accredited school of clinical laboratory sciences; including additional credentialing by an agency approved the US Department of Education or approved by the National Commission for Health Certifying Agencies (NCHCA)
- OR- Demonstration of equivalent education gained by non-traditional methods through successful completion of a nationally recognized credentialing mechanism

Qualifications
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
- DOT Collector Certification (within 90 days of hire)
- Breath Alcohol Certification (within 1 year of hire)
