We are a newly renovated five-star RV Resort in Madison, VA, that now has received a 2023 Good Sam Campground rating of “Perfect” with 10 points for Facilities; 10 points for Restrooms & Showers; and 10 points for Visual Appearance & Environment. This puts our new RV resort in the top 2% of all RV resorts in North America.
We are a “sister” RV resort to nine other RV resorts, located in the Mid-Atlantic (VA, NC and PA) and the Southwest (AZ, CA and NV). Six of these “sisters” are also rated a “Perfect 10/10/10.
Come join our Team. We need a sharp, positive, friendly, upbeat person to help with our front desk operations (making reservations and greeting our RV and cottage guests) and guest activities (from arts and crafts for kids to really good dinners for the adults). Hospitality experience is a big plus, but we will train and educate as needed.
Start ASAP and work full time or with a minimum of 35 hours weekly, including some weekends. Flexibility as to hours and days of work is also a big plus. The opportunity to work full time for a few months at a “sister” property is also available if you desire to travel. If not, please make our gorgeous RV resort with full amenities your long term home.
Hourly pay and quarterly bonus money is based on performance. A full time position should earn in the range of $40k annually, increasing over time and with good performance. Starting pay is in the range of $16 to $18/hour plus quarterly bonus money.
