Duties
- Greet and assist guests arriving during the night shift with professionalism and warmth, providing exceptional guest services.
- Conduct nightly audits of front desk transactions, ensuring accuracy in billing, reservations, and account balances.
- Ensure completion of assigned tasks during the overnight working hours.
- Manage multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette, addressing guest questions and internal communications efficiently.
- Monitor security cameras and perform routine safety checks around the property to ensure guest and staff safety.
- Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and other needed reports to support daily operations.
- Handle guest requests or complaints promptly, demonstrating strong customer service skills and fostering positive guest relations.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address any overnight issues or special requests.
- Prepare breakfast to ensure a smooth transition to the AM Breakfast Attendant and ensure guests have access to the provided amenities within a timely manner.
Qualifications
- Previous hotel experience is highly preferred.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a significant advantage for communicating with diverse guests.
- Knowledge of hotel operations, front desk procedures, and guest services is a plus.
- Excellent customer service skills combined with professional phone etiquette and experience managing multi-line phone systems.
- Ability to work overnight shifts 11pm - 7am
- Ability to handle guest relations with tact, diplomacy, and enthusiasm.
- Familiarity with hotel management software or property management systems is a plus.
