Position Overview
We’re looking for bartenders who take pride in their craft and understand that great service goes beyond the drink itself. This role is about consistency, attention to detail, and creating an experience that feels polished but never pretentious.
You’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality cocktails with fresh ingredients, maintaining an organized bar, and contributing to the welcoming, member-focused atmosphere that defines the club.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Experience
- Provide attentive, professional, and personable service to members and guests
- Create a welcoming, polished environment at the bar
- Anticipate guest needs and deliver a seamless experience
Bartending & Execution
- Prepare cocktails with precision and consistency
- Execute a curated cocktail menu as well as classic drinks
- Maintain speed and efficiency without sacrificing quality
- Create original, creative cocktails on a seasonally-changing menu
- Explain diverse and unique wines to members at different experience levels
Bar Operations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar at all times
- Assist with prep, batching, and stocking
- Follow all safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service standards
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with servers, management, and kitchen staff
- Support private events and club programming
- Contribute to a positive, professional team environment
Qualifications
- 2 years of bartending experience (craft cocktail experience preferred)
- Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, detail-focused environment
- Professional appearance and strong communication skills
- Dependable, team-oriented, and hospitality-driven

Compensation
