Madison Regional Health System is seeking a part-time Nursing Administrative Assistant to be a part of the Madison Regional Health System mission: Committed to providing quality healthcare, close to home.
Our Nursing Administrative Assistant is an essential part of our Nursing Administration team who provides excellent customer service, telephone etiquette, confidentiality, and communication. The Assistant works closely with Director of Quality, Director of OB, Clinics, and Community Patient Services, Director of Acute Patient Services, and department managers. Responsibilities will be to assist with coordination and tracking of meetings, training sessions, annual educational sessions, and certification classes; other clerical duties as assigned by the Director of OB, Clinics, and Community Patient Services. Basic healthcare knowledge would be a benefit.
Education: High School Diploma required. Knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel.
This position will be part-time, approximately 20 hours per week hours between 8am-5pm Monday-Friday.
