Madison Regional Health System is seeking a part-time Nursing Administrative Assistant to be a part of the Madison Regional Health System mission: Committed to providing quality healthcare, close to home.
Our Nursing Administrative Assistant is an essential part of our Nursing Administration team who provides excellent customer service, telephone etiquette, confidentiality, and communication. The Assistant works closely with Director of Quality, Director of Community & Clinic Patient Based Services, Director of Acute Patient Services, and nursing departments. Sole responsibilities will be to assist with coordination and tracking of monthly meetings, training sessions, annual educational sessions, and certification classes; other clerical duties as assigned by the Director of Community & Clinic Patient Based Services.
Education: High School Diploma required. Knowledgeable of Microsoft Word & Excel.
This position will be part-time, approximately 20 hours per week hours between 8am-5pm Monday-Friday.
