Responsibilities

- Administer leases, renewals, and related documentation.
- Collect rent and support accurate, timely account management.
- Conduct property inspections and identify operational or maintenance needs.
- Coordinate maintenance activities and follow up on completed work.
- Manage vendor relationships and monitor service performance.
- Oversee property budgets and support sound financial management.
- Monitor compliance, occupancy, and incident response activities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Entry-level experience in property management.
- Familiarity with property management software.
- Knowledge of lease administration and budget management.
