Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver comprehensive financial plans across investment, retirement, tax, estate, and risk management strategies
- Perform in-depth cash flow modeling, scenario analysis, and investment evaluations to support client decisions
- Serve as a strategic partner to clients, collaborating with CPAs, attorneys, and other advisors to ensure coordinated planning
- Proactively monitor client plans and recommend adjustments based on market conditions, tax law changes, and evolving client goals
- Translate complex financial concepts into clear, actionable guidance clients can confidently implement
- Prepare and present client planning and performance reports (Orion experience a plus)
- Contribute to internal planning discussions and firm-wide initiatives
- Maintain strict adherence to fiduciary, regulatory, and ethical standards
Qualifications
- CFP® certification or actively pursuing CFP® designation
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field
- 5 years of experience in financial planning, wealth management, or investment advisory
- Strong technical expertise across retirement, tax, estate, and insurance planning
- Proficiency with financial planning tools and software
Preferred:
- Experience with eMoney, Holistiplan, Wealthbox, and Orion
- Series 65 (or willingness to obtain)
