This role follows the clinical schedule used across our care team. Reliability and punctuality are essential.
Schedule includes:
- Monday: 8:15 AM – 5:00 PM
- Tuesday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Wednesday: 8:15 AM – 5:00 PM
- Thursday: Rotating shifts — 7:00 AM–3:00 PM or 10:00 AM–6:00 PM
- Friday: 7:00 AM – 1:00 PM
- Saturday/Sunday: 8:30 AM – 1:00 PM (rotating weekends)
Candidates must be available for rotating weekend shifts.

Position Summary
We are seeking a compassionate, skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our multidisciplinary care team, supporting specialties such as chiropractic care, acupuncture, internal medicine, sports medicine, podiatry, and wellness services.
This position is ideal for an RN who thrives in a dynamic, patient-centered environment and values integrative, holistic care.
Essential Duties
- Provide direct patient care including assessments, vitals, injections, wound care, and medication administration
- Assist providers across a range of specialties during procedures and patient coordination
- Administer IV therapies including iron, methotrexate, IVIG, NAD , and vitamin infusions
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medication use, and wellness practices
- Maintain accurate EMR documentation and comply with regulatory standards
- Prepare exam rooms and support efficient patient flow between providers
- Monitor patient safety, comfort, and overall experience
- Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to support an efficient and unified clinical environment
Qualifications
- Active NJ Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Minimum 1 year of clinical experience (outpatient or multidisciplinary experience preferred)
- Strong communication, organizational, and critical-thinking skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and support multiple providers
- Weekend availability required (rotating schedule)
