About Madison Medical & Sports Rehabilitation Center
Madison Medical & Sports Rehabilitation Center is a physician-led, multidisciplinary outpatient practice located in Madison, New Jersey. With 15 specialty service lines operating under one roof, we deliver integrated, patient-centered care spanning sports medicine, musculoskeletal rehabilitation, pain management, interventional procedures, primary care, and diagnostic services. Our mission is to provide the highest standard of clinical excellence in a collaborative, multi-provider environment — treating every patient with the sophistication, attentiveness, and continuity of care they deserve. As we scale toward a multi-site model, we are building a team of professionals who share our commitment to quality, accountability, and innovation.
Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced, versatile diagnostic ultrasound technologist capable of performing a full range of ultrasound examinations — head to toe, upper and lower extremities, vascular, abdominal, chest, and cancer screening. This is not a single-specialty position. We need a "soup to nuts" sonographer who can handle the breadth of a multidisciplinary practice.
Responsibilities
Perform diagnostic ultrasound examinations across all body systems including vascular (arterial and venous), abdominal, pelvic, musculoskeletal, chest, thyroid, breast, and soft tissue
Conduct all lower extremity vascular and MSK ultrasound studies
Ensure image quality, proper documentation, and accurate preliminary findings for physician review
Maintain and troubleshoot ultrasound equipment
Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff on imaging orders and results
Maintain compliance with all regulatory, HIPAA, and practice standards
Qualifications
ARDMS certification (required) — multiple registries strongly preferred (abdomen, OB/GYN, vascular, breast, MSK)
RVT (Registered Vascular Technologist) credential preferred
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a hospital or multi-specialty outpatient setting (hospital background strongly preferred)
Demonstrated ability to perform the full spectrum of diagnostic ultrasound — candidates limited to a single specialty will not be considered
Proper state certifications and credentials (all must be current)
Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
Experience with EMR documentation
Benefits
Health insurance (medical, dental, and vision)
401(k) retirement plan
Paid time off (PTO)
Life insurance
Collaborative, growth-oriented work environment with a multidisciplinary clinical team
