A dynamic, full-time Property/Community Manager position is available at a Residential Property Management company in Brooklyn. We seek a positive, hard-working, intelligent, professional, and highly motivated team player with excellent leadership and customer service skills, as well as attention to detail. We want to add a "rock star" to our top-notch team!
400 units of affordable HUD/Tax Credit apartments. Scattered sites around Brooklyn. Knowledge of affordable multifamily property management is required. NSPIRE/Hud 202 preferred. Manage a staff of 15.
Qualifications / Requirements for this position include:
- 5 years of property management experience required
- Leasing and marketing skills required
- Resident Retention, work orders, tenant follow-up
- Strong leader for a full staff (15 )
- 25% of the time in the office/ remaining time visiting sites
- Excellent communication and organization skills are necessary.
