What are the responsibilities and job description for the Mascot (Maynard G. Mallard) position at MADISON MALLARDS LLC?
The Mascot is responsible for creating the ultimate fan experience! From community appearances to interactions during games, Maynard is the face of the Mallards! Must be fun-loving and energetic and available for both games in-season and day-time appearances out-of-season. Candidates must be willing to work in a hot environment.
Responsibilities Include:
- Bring enthusiasm and energy to each game.
- Attend community events around the Madison area.
- Represent the Madison Mallards in a positive manner.
- Interact with fans in a way that will bring them excitement.
The minimum age to work as a Mascot is 14 years. Must have reliable transportation to be eligible to work offsite events. Candidates will be required to complete a background check prior to employment.
