We’ve been retained by a rapidly growing digital infrastructure platform to hire a Senior Associate within the Strategic Finance team, supporting a broad range of financing, strategic planning, and infrastructure-related initiatives as the business continues to scale.
The Role
A highly visible strategic finance hire operating across capital markets, corporate finance, and infrastructure transaction activity. You will work closely with senior leadership across debt financings, strategic partnerships, M&A activity, and long-range planning initiatives supporting one of the more active communications infrastructure platforms in the market.
About the Platform
Focused on developing, owning, and operating wireless communications infrastructure across the U.S., including macro towers, rooftop assets, and colocation infrastructure supporting major wireless carriers and telecom providers.
The broader platform has built a diversified digital infrastructure ecosystem spanning connectivity and next-generation infrastructure assets. The business operates with a highly entrepreneurial culture relative to traditional telecom operators, combining large-scale infrastructure deployment with a lean, execution-focused environment.
Candidate Profile
- 2-5 years across investment banking, infrastructure investing, strategic finance, or digital infrastructure-related roles
- Strong financial modeling and analytical capabilities
- Interest in telecom, towers, and broader digital infrastructure ecosystems
- Ability to operate effectively in lean, fast-moving environments
- Blend of strategic thinking and execution-oriented finance skillset
- Prior tower-sector experience helpful but not required
