Key Responsibilities
- Order, receive, and process billing for parts
- Maintain proper storage and organization of parts inventory
- Stock shelves to ensure parts availability
- Assist retail customers and service technicians, including answering phone inquiries
- Conduct parts inventory management through bin counts and accurate record keeping
- Perform parts pick-up and delivery as needed
- Maintain a clean and orderly work environment
- Provide exceptional customer service at all times
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Work Environment and Schedule
This position may require a flexible schedule, including some evenings and Saturdays, to meet operational demands.

Qualifications
- One to two years of automotive parts experience in a retail or dealership setting
- Customer-oriented and self-motivated team player
- Proficient in computer use
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Valid driver's license with a clean or near clean driving record
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and Saturdays
