We are hiring full-time Delivery Crew Members to join our in-house team. You’ll be responsible for safely delivering and assembling furniture in customers’ homes, assisting with warehouse tasks, and helping keep our store running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
Furniture Delivery & Setup:
- Load and unload delivery trucks with care and accuracy.
- Deliver and assemble furniture in customer homes.
- Take clear delivery photos and collect customer signatures.
- Communicate respectfully with customers and resolve basic delivery concerns.
Warehouse & In-Store Support:
- Receive and organize incoming inventory.
- Assist with floor moves, cleaning, and staging.
- Keep delivery tools (straps, hardware, etc.) in good condition.
Team Coordination:
- Work closely with the Store Manager and Sales team to stay on schedule.
- Report damages or issues immediately using our system.
- Complete delivery logs daily.
Requirements:
- Ability to lift and move heavy furniture safely (team lifting always encouraged).
- Punctual and dependable with strong work ethic.
- Respectful and professional when interacting with customers.
- Basic communication skills.
- Valid driver’s license.
Compensation & Benefits:
