Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Kentucky and graduation from an accredited nursing program.

- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and to educate patients and families.
- Proficiency in using electronic health records and basic computer applications for charting and care coordination.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and respond calmly and efficiently in urgent or emergent situations.
- Commitment to maintaining safety, infection control, and regulatory compliance standards in all aspects of patient care.
- Previous experience in long-term care, rehabilitation, or acute care is preferred but not required; new graduates with strong clinical skills are encouraged to apply.
- Willingness to work assigned shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
