Plus, with competitive hourly wages from $41.00 to $46.00 per hour , shift differentials of $2.00 for PM shifts and $2.50 for night shifts, you can earn up to $55.44 per hour when factoring in the sign-on bonus!

What’s Available?
- Full-Time or Part-Time positions with 8-hour shifts
- Every-other-weekend rotation
- PRN shifts available
Is there a shift differential?
Absolutely! You’ll earn extra for working PM and night shifts. We’ll share more details during the interview.

As a Registered Nurse (RN) at Madison Health and Rehab, you’ll work closely with our Director of Nursing, Marcia , and Nurse Managers to provide top-quality care to our residents. You'll administer IVs, manage medications, monitor vitals, and support nursing assistants to ensure the highest level of care for those we serve.
