About Us
Madison Graphics is a 3M-certified vehicle wrap shop based in Sun Prairie, WI. Since 2012. We produce high-quality wraps and graphics for commercial fleets, commercial vehicles, and custom graphics work. We're an established name in the industry, featured on our YouTube series Wrap Shop Reality, and we're growing. We're a small, fast-paced team that holds a high standard on every job — we don't cut corners, and we don't want installers who do.
What You'll Do
- Install full and partial vehicle wraps using 3M and premium vinyl materials across a variety of project types — fleet graphics, commercial vehicles, and custom graphics work
- Prep vehicle surfaces for installation (cleaning, heat forming, trimming)
- Work on a diverse mix of vehicles including cars, trucks, vans, and commercial fleet vehicles
- Hold yourself to a high quality standard on every install, start to finish
- Collaborate with a small, quality-focused team that takes pride in the finished product
What We're Looking For
- 1–2 years of vehicle wrap installation experience required
- An eye for detail and a standard you hold yourself to — not just what the customer notices, but what you notice
- Ability to work independently and manage your time on the shop floor
- Valid driver's license required — you'll be moving vehicles in and out of the shop
- Someone looking to grow their skills and career, not just fill a shift
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player who elevates the people around them
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to stand for extended periods throughout the workday
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable working in a shop environment with tools, equipment, and vehicles
Schedule
- Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm
- Overtime available
