What You’ll Tackle
• Partner with commercial and IT stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for data and analytics initiatives
• Support KPI definition, documentation, and alignment across data sources and reporting outputs
• Trace data lineage and business rules across warehouse and reporting environments
• Conduct impact assessments and facilitate requirement walkthroughs with cross-functional teams
• Perform QA and validation checks across data platforms and BI environments
• Coordinate and support user acceptance testing to ensure stakeholder needs are met
• Maintain organized project documentation in collaboration tools and knowledge repositories
• Help drive change control, release validation, and stakeholder communication throughout delivery cycles
What You Bring
• Experience in pharmaceutical commercial operations and commercial data environments
• Strong understanding of specialty pharmacy, claims, distributor, and HUB data
• Familiarity with commercial data concepts such as patient journey, customer targeting, and Rx claims
• Ability to translate business needs into structured requirements, data logic, and validation plans
• Working knowledge of Snowflake and SQL for data investigation and validation
• Experience with UAT, QA, impact analysis, and cross-functional coordination
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience using JIRA and Confluence for project tracking and documentation
• Comfort working in ambiguous, business-facing environments where follow-up and ownership matter
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
