Madison Davis is looking for a Research Coordinator to join our growing team in New York.
This is an entry-level opportunity for someone who is organized, curious, comfortable working with people and technology, and interested in starting a career in the staffing and recruiting industry.
You’ll work directly alongside experienced recruiters and learn how searches come together from the ground up. From researching potential candidates and reviewing resumes to managing job postings, organizing information, and supporting active searches, you’ll become an important part of keeping our recruiting teams moving.
No previous recruiting experience is required. We’re looking for someone with the right attitude, strong attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.
What You’ll Do
• Research potential candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, internal systems, and other online resources.
• Review resumes and applications and help identify candidates who may be a fit for open positions.
• Build and organize candidate lists for active searches.
• Maintain accurate candidate information within our recruiting database and internal systems.
• Post and update job openings across LinkedIn and other recruiting platforms.
• Support recruiters with candidate outreach, search projects, scheduling, and coordination.
• Keep candidate pipelines, notes, and search activity organized and up to date.
• Assist with special research projects and help the team gather information on companies, industries, and talent markets.
• Work across multiple searches and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

As you develop, you’ll take on more responsibility, more complex searches, and become a trusted resource for the recruiters and teams you support.

Salary : $50,000 - $65,000
