Overview:
This Associate-level opportunity sits within the Alternatives and Real Asset Investments team of a well-established global institutional investment manager, supporting a rapidly expanding real assets portfolio across the US and Europe. The role offers meaningful exposure across real estate, infrastructure, and agriculture strategies — spanning portfolio monitoring and reporting, macroeconomic research, fund due diligence, and ESG initiative implementation — within a collaborative, globally connected team environment with regular interaction with offices in London and Tokyo.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and produce monthly and quarterly performance reporting for an existing portfolio of real asset investments to monitor and communicate portfolio performance to senior management
- Prepare real assets and macroeconomic research reports for presentation to senior leadership
- Assist in the due diligence of investments in real asset-focused commingled funds alongside senior team members as needed
- Participate in meetings and site visits with external managers across real estate, infrastructure, and agriculture strategies to tour representative assets and evaluate proposed strategies
- Facilitate the operations team in managing investment-related activities and administrative functions
- Engage in the implementation and measurement of ESG initiatives across the portfolio
- Maintain frequent communication and coordination with offices in London and Tokyo
- Support additional duties and projects as assigned by senior team members
Salary : $110,000 - $125,000
