We’re open to all verticals — financial services, tech, corporate, operations, or any niche where you’ve run executive search–style recruitment. If you know how to build relationships, manage the full search cycle, and deliver results at the top of the market, you’ll find a long-term home here.
This is a role for recruiters ready to run their own business within a high-performance platform — backed by leadership, infrastructure, and a commission model that exceeds 50%.
What You’ll Do
- Own the full 360 recruitment process — business development, client management, and candidate delivery.
- Build and manage relationships with key decision-makers at top firms.
- Source, screen, and close top-tier executive and senior-level talent.
- Develop niche expertise and build deep networks within your chosen vertical.
- Partner with internal teams to maximize coverage and market penetration.
- Provide a consultative, high-touch experience to both clients and candidates.

- Proven success developing and managing client relationships.
