This role supports executive leadership through compensation analysis, management reporting, operational finance, and strategic initiatives. Responsibilities
- Execute recurring compensation, accounting, operational, and management reporting activities.
- Prepare reconciliations, data analysis, and reporting to support executive decision-making.
- Develop compensation models, variance analyses, and trend reporting.
- Support compensation planning and management company reporting initiatives.
- Analyze financial and operational data to provide actionable business insights.
- Assist with process improvements, automation, and AI-driven workflow enhancements.
- Build and maintain Excel-based reports, models, and dashboards.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support reporting and operational initiatives.
- Manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support special projects and ad hoc analyses for senior leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
- 2 years of experience in finance, accounting, operations, compensation analytics, consulting, or a related field.
- Strong Excel and analytical skills with experience building financial models and reports.
- Experience supporting compensation processes, management reporting, or operational finance is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and project management abilities.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information.
- Experience with automation, process improvement, or AI-enabled workflows is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, finance-oriented mindset.
Salary : $120,000 - $160,000
