Job Description
The Purchasing Manager is responsible for overall management of the Purchasing Department and for the provision of day-to-day activities including purchasing, receiving, and shipping while ensuring appropriate approvals. Responsible for vendor correspondence, price and product research and excellent record-keeping.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- One year of Management experience preferred.
- Knowledge of general Materials Management operations.
- Excellent computer skills including Excel.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Data entry experience is highly desirable.
