Come join our team at Madison County Farm Supply, in Fredericktown Missouri. We are a family business that supplies feed, fertilizer, farm and home products. We have a 30,000 square foot show room and a feed and fertilizer blending mill. We are a small business so we all wear many hats, and have a team culture that is hardworking and low drama, no gossip. We are looking to hire a Product Ordering Clerk who can help us compile data for orders, count inventory, research and compare prices, manage product data integrity, run the cash register to check out customer purchases, shelve products, effectively communicate with customers on the phone, and load customer purchases.
Qualifications for role
**EXTREME attention to detail. Experience in a detail oriented role is very helpful.
** Ability to operate a computer and work on our store software proficiently is required.
** Willingness to learn about our products and vendors. This will be used in our marketing and for product knowledge.
** Ability to think like a business person and help us achieve our business targets.

*** Requirement: Ability to receive feedback on work performance and correct mistakes without getting offended.
** Maintain a positive attitude in challenging work situations.

** Ability to lift 50 pound bags unassisted
