What are the responsibilities and job description for the Highway Worker II position at Madison County Engineer’s Office?
Madison County Engineer’s Office is seeking a highly motivated Highway Worker1. This position has the responsibility to assist with county highway, bridge, and ditch maintenance, repair and construction projects including performing manual labor tasks, and operation of construction machinery, dump truck and snow plow.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Degree or GED
- One year related experience or training in the safe and effective operation of dump truck and snow plow and other maintenance equipment required of Highway Worker 1
- Has a valid State of Ohio Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) Class B
- Successfully pass a post-offer drug test, background check, and has an acceptable driving record check.
