- Respond promptly to emergencies, including incidents requiring application of force, restraint procedures, or first aid interventions such as CPR .
- Write detailed reports on inmate conduct, incident occurrences, and security breaches following correctional policy compliance standards.
- Manage conflict resolution through effective communication and de-escalation techniques; utilize self-defense and inmate behavior management.
- Operate security equipment including CCTV cameras, firearms handling protocols, and emergency response tools with precision.
- Assist with manual handling tasks and heavy lifting when necessary to maintain facility safety and security.
Qualifications
- 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or GED
